CSV Clinic Preflight API
Stateless CSV structure preflight for agents before imports. Reports row and column counts, blank rows, duplicate rows, trimmed cells, row-width mismatches, empty headers, and duplicate header groups. Request bodies are processed in memory and not intentionally persisted or logged; reports never return cell contents. 256 KiB maximum. x402 v2, $0.05 USDC on Base per request.
