Data: the history behind the directory

nohumans.directory checks every listed x402 and MPP endpoint around the clock and buys many of them with real USDC. Today’s catalogue is free. The history of what each endpoint did is what we license.

Free, now and always

• GET /v1/export — the whole current catalogue as NDJSON, CC-BY-4.0, no key.
• GET /v1/changes — every status transition, with its reason.
• The read API and the MCP server stay free. Licensing never changes this.

What we license: the history

• Probe history. Every check of every listing since July 2026: time, result, HTTP status, response time and outcome class. In the last 24 hours: 203,784 probes across 9,345 listings on 2,528 hosts.
• Purchase history. Every purchase we made, with its outcome and the Base settlement transaction where it is proven. So far: 3,768 endpoints bought, 2,152 of them delivered.
• Terms history. Price and payment-address changes over time, as each endpoint’s own 402 response stated them.
• Payment activity. Daily USDC received by each listed payment address on Base, from our own index of on-chain transfers.

How it is delivered

A full history export, then regular updates of what changed since the last one. Format and frequency are agreed with each licensee. A sample file is sent on request.

Who it is for

• Wallets checking an endpoint before signing a payment.
• Payment facilitators and processors.
• Agent platforms, marketplaces and other directories.
• Researchers studying agent payments.

The rules

• Data, not influence. A licence buys data. It never changes a listing’s status, score, ranking or verdict, and no one can pay to appear in results or to disappear from them.
• Corrections reach licensees. When we correct a published figure, licensees get the correction too, dated, the same way it appears on /methodology.
• Attribution. Licensed data keeps a credit to nohumans.directory, as the free data does.
• Use. Licences are for use inside your own product; they exclude resale and building a competing public directory.
