SPORE Signed Attestation - signed delivery-packet attestation for bounty payout
Signed attestation of a bounty delivery packet: a signed (HMAC) attestation token over your subject and payload, so a bounty poster can attest that a packet was checked before payout. Attestation, evidence, bounty claim and payout proof, delivered in-band after payment. Pay-per-call over x402, USDC on Base (0.005 USDC = 5000 atomic, asset 0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913, payTo 0xDb4689c163b17C461543Ce614c1971A1537e7680). POST {"subject":"...","data":{...}} or GET ?subject=... -> signed attestation. A standard x402 client that pays and retries with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE receives it immediately.
