x402 Web Tools (MCP): URL/PDF to Markdown + audio transcription
Remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP). Tools: read_url ($0.002) public page to clean Markdown (title, final URL, word count; robots.txt respected, private IPs blocked, no paywall bypass); read_url_safe ($0.003) same plus heuristic prompt-injection flag; read_pdf ($0.006) PDF to Markdown via Workers AI; transcribe_audio ($0.01/file) direct mp3/wav/m4a/ogg/flac URL up to 25 MB and 10 min, Whisper large-v3-turbo, text + timestamped segments + optional SRT/VTT; ping ($0.001). Failed calls are not charged. x402 payment terms are returned inside the MCP tool result (JSON-RPC), not as HTTP 402.
