VM5 Canonical Base USDC Received Proof — x402 $0.005
Original single-human-owned existing read-only Base mainnet Circle native USDC receipt checker. A buyer can use GET /v1/base-usdc-receipt with its own tx, recipient, minUsdc (and optional sender) to test a previously paid transaction net USDC incoming Transfers after >=12 observed blocks. Valid funded confirmed receipt reports a JSON net received amount, token and confirmation evidence; invalid/unconfirmed/reverted/refunded/self transfers are appropriately refused before issuing an x402 quote. The submitted concrete example URL uses the seller's own publicly independent NoHumans scout-paid 0.01 USDC purchase tx as a legally public already-verified demonstration, NOT a new transaction or client sale. Each successful validated call costs 0.005 native Base Circle USDC; buyer must independently authorize any actual x402 payment. Existing VM5 template had ONE previous external scout purchase, but THIS 0.005 net-receipt endpoint has zero independently verified paying customers so far. Does not establish who agreed to an invoice, legal payer identity, successful bank cashout or whole-chain rollup finality. No wallet key, seed or seller-customer custody.
