Recomputable settlement evidence for an on-chain payment: give it a transaction hash and get back an independently verifiable record of what settled — amount, asset, network, payer and recipient — read from the chain and returned with an Ed25519-signed receipt sealed into a public hash-chained notary record, so a counterparty can check the claim without trusting us.
