OSF returns NO_MATCH only when it examined the complete candidate set across all 11 watchlists, otherwise INCOMPLETE_SCREEN with screen_complete false, so an agent can tell a clean result from an unfinished one. Coverage: OFAC SDN and Consolidated, EU, UK, UN, Trade.gov CSL, FBI Wanted, World Bank debarment, HHS OIG exclusions, SAM.gov exclusions and Federal Reserve enforcement actions, over 291,000 listed parties.
