Base gas fee observation with provenance
Current Base gas-fee observation. Every response states which RPC provider answered and the trust level of that answer, so an agent can tell a credentialed quorum reading from a degraded single-node one before it prices a transaction. Fee data without provenance is a number you cannot audit.
