European Central Bank euro foreign-exchange reference rates for 30 currencies, with cross-rates derived through EUR - USD/TRY, GBP/JPY, anything against anything - and an optional daily series up to 90 business days. The response says plainly what these are: published once per business day around 16:00 CET, not a live market rate and not tradeable. Asking for 90 days returns the business days that exist and says why the rest are missing, rather than silently returning fewer. Pay per call in USDC.
