get_circular_signal — wash / circular-settlement signal
Is the volume real? Wash/circular-settlement signal per facilitator: flagged clusters, flagged volume and share, self-funding percentage, detection date. The check sellers can't self-report; methodology public. Attributed to the facilitator only — never a seller wallet or an operator name. Cluster figures are as of detection_date, which is not the same day as the snapshot they are served beside; both dates are on the response.
