fetch402 web fetch
Pay-per-call fetch of any URL served as clean readable text (scripts/styles stripped, 200k cap, title included). Headless-browser fallback for JS-heavy or bot-walled pages is included in the same 1-cent price. Settled in USDC on Base: unpaid requests answer 402 with payment instructions; the agent sends an exact ERC-20 USDC transfer on Base (agent pays its own gas) and repeats the GET with header X-PAYMENT-TX set to the tx hash. The server verifies the transfer receipt on-chain (USDC contract, to=recipient, amount>=price, 1+ confirmations, non-reverted) before serving. One tx = one delivered call: a failed delivery never consumes the tx, it stays redeemable for a retry or another call. No account, no API key, no signup.
