Stateless paid preflight for one SVG string (up to 64 KiB). Checks viewBox and dimensions, accessible title or aria-label, duplicate IDs, unresolved references, external URLs, scripts, inline event handlers, foreignObject, embedded raster data, and byte size. Returns a deterministic checklist; it is not a full parser, renderer, sanitizer, or security guarantee. $0.005 USDC on Base per call.
